HAHAH Didn't even notice that! This guy bought his car, took it through a time machine and then lived his life just so he could say he has had his 02 for 5 years

I noticed you never responded to my posts, so I will assume you agreed with my points.

yea considering he said somthing about being 17, it is highly unlikely that he needed an s2000 when he was 12
either that or he is merely the grand avenger for people much younger than himself.

hahahah you too. My civic gives me 18mpg... talk about having our standards all reverse. people make civic as daily driver while we make our a weekend fun car.

There is a performance shop up in Long Island that had/has a 9 second civic. I don't think its streetable anymore though haha.

How many threads have there been on this board where someone always chimes in with the classic "if you ask that, or do this, you can't afford the car"? Probably over a million. Listen up people. Its a $30K car. People have watches more expensive then this car is worth. Its not an expensive car. Stop acting like it is. If you want to bring your car to an automatic carwash then do it. If you want to leave it outside and not parked inside a heated garage then do it. If you want to eat McDonald's drivethrough in the car, then do it. If you want to do your girl in the car and nut everywhere then do it. I'll even watch. But stop pretending that its a supercar. I'm sure a lot of people saved years and years to buy this car, but that still does not make it an expensive car. Stop being so stupid and acting like you have such a marvelously expensive and super-rare car. I drove by my local high school the other day and saw 2 Honda S2000s in the student parking lot. Two in a high school and they weren't even the most expensive ones there. They sell 5000 a year on average, for 5 years now. Thats a lot of them on the road already. So moral of the story? I have none. Just annoyed by some of you snobby people here.

Honestly IMO this car is still somewhat expensive . In Hawaii the car sticker price is $39000+ and over $40000 with the hardtop. Unless your a drug dealer or are spoiled in HS (this is not a bad thing) there is no way you can afford $500-700 a month working a paper route or at your local Burger King. I just dont buy it. Sorry. Plus there is no way in hell the dealer is going to sell you let alone let you test drive the car.
FYI the Honda S2000 is $33000+ tax in some states. Less and more in others.
Then come to us modded guys and your looking at over $70000 for the car and mods. I know a couple guys that have spent close to $100,000 on this car. And yes no 17-18 year old kid can afford a $33000 car plus $50000-$80000 in mods while working at Burger King or at the Mazda dealer.
Again if you have rich parents then the skies the limit. My friend Dustin in Hawaii had 3 S2000s when he was in HS. Very cool guy but spoiled (again not a bad thing). Thats ok though he was not a punk or snob. Infact he has modded his silver one too.
Seriously take a deep breath and re-think your position.
