i love my comptech cai and my digrappa x brace. i actually just put the x brace on yesterday but i could definitely feel the difference after some spirited driving today. perhaps the x brace will overtake the cai in the near future...but for now my favorite mod is my intake.

My favorite Mod is JL's Stealthbox. Holly Sh!t does my S sound good. Top down, tunes cranked up, it dosen't get any better than this!

 

Geez..I gotta say that the best mod that I did was about 1 hour ago!

My center console around the gear shift was scratching and the paint was peeling off. I read a thread last night about using rubbing alcohol and a towell to take that paint right off. No, the alcohol won't damage the plastic, but to be safe, limit the amount of alcohol that get's on the plastic.

Well, I had to use quite a bit of elbow grease, but after 30 minutes approx, what I had was pure beauty! My center console is now a dark mirrored chrome (almost titanium in color) and it thoroughly compliments the Voodoo shift knob.

I am SO stoked with this little mod!!

And the best part about the mod is that it was totally free!!

what is the hardtop impact on headroom? is it removable? (i.e., any impact on the softtop?)... if removable - which it appears to be from the photos, how difficult? how do you store the top?
