Default 2001 No Start

2001 in my shop with "no start" and a very week battery. Installed new battery. I have injector pulse but no spark at plug. No Check Engine light on. No codes present. Is there a common no start problem associated with the 2001?

You should help us out by telling us what was changed.

Were the cams/head removed?

Something is not making the PCM fire the plugs... Pretty big list of stuff that can do that.

Check the grounds.

If the head has been off recently make sure the one at the back of the head was reconnected...it is easy to forget and a bitch to put back on once the head is back on the car.

My mechanic just did the same thing, reversed the cams. Anyone know if these engines are interference fit. I hope I didn't bend some valves turning it over trying to start it.
