Default 4th gear pop out? help!

My car has popped out of forth gear 3 times now. If im crusing in 4th I can touch the shifter and it will just pop out of gear. Its done it 3 times now without even touching it. It only does this in 4th and the other gears feel engaged good. What caused this and how should I go about fixing it?

a lot of guys have solved that issue by running a 50-50 mix of Amsoil MTF and Honda MTF. No one knows why it works but it has proven successful for people who have experienced the issue.
