5w20? and tires
not to mention i gaurantee the correct filter is not even on there. unless they're using the OEM Honda PCX filter, it's not the right one.
this place sounds like a bunch of retards and they could give a crap. I'd suck up the loss of the $40 or whatever they charged, and never go back there again. IMO, you should go out, and buy 5 quarts of 10w30 synthetic oil and take it to a honda dealership.
anyplace that is not a honda dealership is not going to have the right filter for your car anyways.

ok i talked to him again and he insisted that it was 10w30 so i just bought the right oil and changed it myself. what i should of done in the firt place. the oil that came out was pretty black does that mean anything?
The place that you had your oil changed is not good. First, it was 5W20, then 10W20 and then changed again to 10W30. There is no way to tell which oil they used in your car.
If you changed the oil again by yourself this time, after very short periord and the oil came out was very black, it means the previous oil was doing its jobs in cleaning the engine internal parts.
Since you live in Florida, if you like to use Synthetic oil so that you can extend the oil change interval up to 1 year, then you should use 5W40. If you like to use conventional oil, then you should use 10W30 Havoline GF-4 formulation.

yup. i'd go with GF-4 havoline.
by the way, you still need to get the right filter on your car!

about the only advantage of using synoil over this oil is really just longer drain interval.

You're getting some contradictory information. Mobil doesn't even make a Mobil 1 5W20 or 10W20. If he did indeed use Mobil 1, then you were fine because it had to be at least 5W30 to be Mobil 1.
There is no Mobil1 10W20 as you stated.

Mobil1 5W20 and 0W30 are marketed by Mobil, according to Mobil website. I saw Mobil1 0W30 in Walmart.
