Yes it mean's something, they didn't change the oil at all.

The Mobil 1 filter will work. The Honda PCX filter was specifically designed for the S2K and is of very high quality.

Most folks here on the board will recommend the Honda filter, but your engine will not blow up with the Mobil 1 filter...as long as it's the correct size filter. Next time go to your dealer and get the OEM Honda PCX filter. It's cheaper than the Mobil 1 and specifically designed for your car.

Since it hasn't already been mentioned, I will. Make sure you install your oil filter on very firmly. This car is well known for the oil filter vibrating loose, thus causing oil to spew everywhere.
