90k maintenance
0.044" being the spec from NGK for their plug instead of 0.030" - 0.032" that you mentioned when talking about NGKs.
Of course, if we found any issues they wouldn't be fixed for free!
I measured on iridium NGK IFR7G-11KS plug when I posted this. The -11 means 1.1 mm (0.0433") gap, so it should be the same on the platinum plugs, but I never had one to check. This puts it on the upper end of the 1.0 - 1.1 mm gap spec for new plugs, but way below the service limit (1.3 mm). Since I'm not FI, I don't see a problem with this.
I probably measure a set of four iridium plugs when I replaced the plugs in my RSX last year and if I did they were all very close to 1.1 mm because I know for certain that I didn't gap them.

So do we agree that the engine will probably run better with the same spark plug resistance that it was designed with? The alternatives seem to be made to be more universal but still be able to run a S2000 engine smoothly, I think I will spend the extra $1 each and get them from the manufacture.
