Default Abs connector

Just had a quick question the abs light is on in my car and I did the self diagnosis test and it is the front right wheel. I have a spare sensor but it is a rear I believe. I was thinking instead of buying a new sensor could i just cut the connector off and solder it on? That's the only difference i noticed between the 2. They mount a little different because of the little metal bracket that holds it to the upper control arm but that comes off as well so that would be easy. What do you guys think? I don't see it being an issue at all but wanted to see what you guys thought. Thanks

You will need to drive the car so that the code clears. The abs needs to see a signal from each wheel

Give it a try you have nothing to lose. Your front sensor is already shot.
