abs light on from vibration & how to bleed abs
so they are repaving the freeway exit to my work place and it was hella crappy when i drove over it. after that, my abs light stayed on until i turned it off, turned it on, and drove for a while. i notice that this light has been coming on and off, typically on the freeway. is there a tsb on this? i looked, but i don't remember seeing anything about it. is this something to worry about?
also, i'm planning on bleeding my clutch and my brakes this weekend. is there a specific way to bleed the s2k's abs brakes? i've done plenty of non-abs cars before, but never an abs ones. i remember some accords have seperate reservoirs for their abs system. i'm pretty sure you could bleed this like normal, but just checking just in case.
thanks for all the help! i'm still a new owner!

you can bleed the new abs pump just like a non-abs car, check out the stickie for sequence.
i think it's driver front, passenger front, pass rear and driver rear.(dont' remember for this car)
the abs light could be just a dirty sensor, check to see if any dirt build up on the abs wheels
You could try and retrieve your abs DTC. You would probably have to go to a dealer and pay, or jump the pins on the DLC/OBDII connector.

The ABS light, not the CEL will blink the ABS DTC. If you have any pending normal DTC's the CEL will blink also.
I have seen an instance (not on a Honda) where the ABS "Pulser", which looks like a small bike sprocket with squared teeth came loose at the wheel (there is one on each) and caused an intermittent ABS light.
I cant' find the thread with a pic of an ABS pulser.
The ABS DTC is probably a better place to start anyway. Good Luck.
EDIT: Come to think of it, there was a sound associated with the loose ABS pulser. Kind of like a small chain being dragged down the road, if that makes any sense. A visual inspection couldn't hurt though. They may just be dirty or something, like Iam7head already suggested.

cool thanks guys. i'll check it out tomorrow. good to know my brakes aren't going to fail! lol.
i thought bleeding brakes, you start from the farthest from the m/c, rear pass, rear driv, front pass, front driv. anyway i'll check that sticky out.
thanks again!
