Default ACT Clutch and Flywheel

i have an 02, and the clutch in the car is acting up so im going to buy a new clutch and flywheel. im not looking to spend alot of money, and i dont need something rediculous. but whats the best for what im going to be doing with the car. i plan on doing circuit racing and autocrossing with it. i was looking into the ACT heavy duty pressure plate with the stock disk, unsprung hub, yes i know how they drive ive used one before. and im prepared for the harsh engagement. but what flywheel is safe for me to get. im torn between the ACT streetlite and prolite. is it safe having a 9lb flywheel? i had the streetlite in my H22A Accord, and i loved it. but im thinking about going lighter.

ACT is only available in streetlite at 8.6lbs. I would highly recommend ACT or anything else that is one piece chromoly forged steel. Here is a pic of the new act unit that we just got in.

How much does that ACT FW go for? Nice lookin piece. Is it lighter than a Toda? Can't remember the weights. Comptech was 9.X, Toda was 8.X.

How about Competition clutch and flywheel. Automotive speed has them on deal also. Just installed mine yesterday but won't be able to dry it for about another week or so.

I have the ACT HD with a Findanza Aluminium flywheel. The engagement is harsh (but gets better with practice) and the whole setup seems noisier off-throttle.

I'd do it again though: the engagement feels very strong

I've never heard anyone say anything about clutch buzz. Well at least I know what to listen for or what I'll be listening to for awhile.
