Advice for Engine Replacement

Yeah, I could but I'm not confident it would work any better than last one, it would cost alot more (an OEM short block is about the cost of the engine I bought plus install. Oh wait, my car is disassembled pulling out the old engine. I would need to partially reassemble, tow to dealer, be butt r*ped on labor to reassemble and reinstall, and if I was lucky I wouldn't need to bring it back after engine craters again...
Believe me, Ive spent too much time thinking about this. I f**ked up the original engine and I'm going to have the satisfaction of getting this latest one and and running well. If there's one thing I am, it's persistent. Having a lift in my new to me shop is a game changer also for performing this work myself.
