The car looks nice. You can check this thread for the DIY info on fluid changes.

I used the Honda MTF from the dealer and just made the car level and filled until the fluid just barley started dripping out the fill hole.

Same procedure using mobil 1 75w90 in the DIFF.

either redline fluids all the way or honda syncromesh tranny fluid for your transmission and OEM diff. fluid also... I have had diff problems in the past (former owner never changed fluids since he bought it) and with the right fluid, EVERYTHING went away. I also had grinding sounds in the transmission from 1 to 2 also sometimes 3 to 4... ALL went away with new fluids

+1 on Amsoil. They make some of the best synthetic lubricants. I'm using there "Syncromesh" in my tranny and "75w 90 Severe Gear" in my diff. Used Redline before in my TSX and my Civic Si's trannys and hated it. Night and day difference when I changed to Amsoil Syncromesh.

I've tried 4 different MTFs in the S2000: original Honda MTF, AMSOIL, GM Syncromesh, and current Honda MTF and prefer the current Honda MTF.

I'm rocking a mixture close to 4/5ths BG Synchroshift II, and 1/5th Redline Lightweight Shockproof, and my tranny is loving it :]
