Default Aem Ems Files

Are there any sample AEM EMS files available or that owners are willing to share?

I realise that people spend a lot of money having them tuned, and that one cars tune won't suit another, but as with my E-manage, they are always good starting point.

My S has a Comptech SC (no aftercooler), 4" pulley, 550cc injectors and SARD FPR.

was it a rumour or was it true that you tried to sell your E-manage map before?

I was told AEM has a base line for the Comptech Supercharger. If you find out I would love to know. I have the same setup but with the Aftercooler and I'm going with 440 injectors. Everyone at AEM and Comptech said that 550s were way too big. How did you pick those?

No, I have consistently given my E-manage maps away to any one who asks for them with the usual cavaet emptor.

Aus has been very helpful sharing e-manage knowledge and Maps. I still have the GSC files he sent me months ago.

I think it depends on the FPR. I'm not using Comptech's FPR so I'm relying on injector pulse width rather than pressure to supply adequate fuel under boost.

I'm currently using 440s with the E-manage and SARD FPR. I believe the 550s can be controlled by the AEM so they provide not too much fuel at mid-range, but enough at full boost. I also have a 3 3/4 inch pulley to try out.

But the real test will be on the dyno. If the 440s are enough they may just stay in place. If not, I've got the 550s to install.

I expect that by the time I tune I'll have one or another intercooler in place. Not sure which yet though.
