I don't know what happened with Ardy, I just noticed "in the penalty box" on his posts.

Chris and Sean,

I'm not sure if you're still following this thread or not- my e-mail notification seems to have stopped working on here. A month ago, I bought a 30-1012 ECU, AEM WB02, 650cc injectors, Fidanza flywheel, SPEC clutch, VTECFrog harness, and GM boost control solenoid from you. The salesman was Ron Wyman for most of it, though I did purchase some from online.

I saw that you said that you typically provide base maps with ECU purchase. I'm hoping to get a base map for my car + turbo. I have it tuned and running VERY well right now(stock 2004 + WBO2 - not looking for any help here), but I'll soon be running a GT30R turbo(plumbed exactly the same way as the turbo at the start of this thread) with 650cc injectors. I'm hoping for a map that will give me a good place to start for ignition timing and fueling with the turbo. I will be doing some more tuning on a stock motor with the 650cc's before the turbo. I have considered using Sean to tune it, but I would like to hold off until I have tried my best(and I do have some previous experience). Thanks.

Tim Grady

Ok, now im going to ask my questions. Is there a base map for a vortech supercharged s2k? I only ask because there are basemaps for other hondas with SC's.

That being said, How would i best go about changing the base map (1012 v1.11) to run with a vortech and 650cc injectors? (the map I already have obviously doesnt work properly) I dont need power, or even economy, I only need to get the car safely to the tuner (50 or so miles away)

As of right now, the car turns on, runs very rough, then dies. if you give it some gas, it stays running, but sounds really bad. my untrained ear tells me it sounds like the timing is WAY off, but thats just a shot in the dark, right now im just guessing.

Nice numbers and good job on the interior fabrications, very original.

I think this thread should be put into the FI forum as it does refer to some good technical info.
