Default AEM whistle?

Hey I installed my Aem CAI and after installation it was all good. However, every so often it will whistle right after I shift, kinda like a whine...any ideas on what's going on?
I've been under the hood looking for everything that could be out of order but it all seems good....
I'm stumped

Yeah I get the same thing now after having gutted my stock airbox and replacing the OEM filter with a Sprint filter. I guess that's one of the reasons Honda put all of the baffles and the resonator chamber in the stock airbox, to prevent the noise. Doesn't bother me now that I know what it is but at first it had me worried since it sounds like either a squeaky belt or something rubbing metal to metal at about 3k rpms.

i'm looking into how i might fix that problem...it might be that i'm not letting enough air into that area where the filter is....

Is there some kind of "temporal" folding of time going on?
