Default Air pump on the left side under the bumper cover

What to do if you want to eliminate this pump, for fitment of intercooler piping. Is it possible? or Do I have to relocate this? I was told this is used for emissions control.

Thanks

Yes it is possible. You can remove it or you can relocate it. It is an emissions device to pump air into the exhaust to help burn hydrocarbons. Keep in mind -- if you remove it, you will get a CEL.

I am not running an air pump and I have no problems with the exception of the CEL. I also know that there are a number of others that have been running without one for a while without any problems.

If you live in an emisisons testing area, you probably won't want to do this.
