Alignment problem?

Default Alignment problem?

Recently I've noticed a problem when I'm driving at highway speeds. Whenever I shift up, or even when I tap the accelerator, the car feels a little loose on the front end and while I'm accelerating, the car starts to drift left. Otherwise, if I'm just coasting, the car drives straight.
Does this sound like an alignment problem or something else?
Thanks, would appreciate any input.

doesn't sound like an alignment problem to me. just be smoooooooooth with your shifts and braking/accellerating - the car is very responsive and sensitive to slight changes, even if it doesn't have 400horses at the wheels.

Check all tire pressures before anything else.

Yep, usually the side it's pulling to will be that rear tire low on pressure.

Can you make sentences that way?

Thanks, I'll take a look at the tires ASAP. I hope that it's that simple. I doubt it's my driving technique since this just came on about a week ago.

While I agree with Shatten and CDelena that tire pressure's the first (and most likely) candidate, you should probably read the alignment thread anyway, as it's a common problem with our cars. Changing my camber and toe settings changed the car's disposition (for the better) far more than I would have expected.

Just a follow-up; I checked the tire pressure and they were indeed low, especially the rear drivers side. After inflating to proper pressure, the problem is gone. will still have alignment checked though. You guys are great. thanks a million
