Default alignment question

i plan on dropping the car on springs for now.
i already need an alignment because i have inner tire wear and my steering wheel is actually a little crooked.
my question is: if i go get an alignment now and drop the car on the springs next month will it be a waiste?
will i need another alignment after i lower it?

You will need to realign the car after any ride height change.
