Anyone know our OBD-II Test and Component IDs

Tried this on the Pac Northwest Owners club forum without results. Can anyone here help?

I just got the AutoEnginuity Scan Tool , which reports results for several TestID/ComponentID combinations (Test 6, Component 52, for instance). Does anyone know of a list of Test and Component IDs for our cars?
