My clutch had 134k on it with endless track days, autox's before I changed it. Even then it still had another 5k or so of life left. My motor went tired before the clutch.

I'm on my original clutch still with 193,000 miles. I drive mostly highway miles, though.
I had a '96 Corolla that I got rid of with 297,000 miles and still had the original clutch.

100500 with a strange problem. it goes soft but shifts fine, then gets real stiff and still shifts fine. That can change in one trip to work I had a mechanic tell me run it until it goes out. that's was over 250000 miles ago and still running...when it hits the floor and stops going in gear then i change her. I read somewhere on here that if you can get her to move from a dead stop in 4th gear then she if fine.

the bolt that hes having problems with is probably the alan bolts on the propeller shaft
I'm at 90k miles on my stock clutch and the past 10k was turbocharged.
If you know how to drive and dont race the car and dont launch the car a stock clutch will last longer than the engine and car will.

No clue about the bolt, but I had over 104,000 miles before I had to replace the clutch....and even then I am sure I only had to do so because of the Honda dealer who improperly installed my master clutch cylinder.
