Check the fuses again. It's easy to overlook unless you pull them out.

underhood, switch around all your relays.

not too sure what it could be....do the windshield wipers and windows run on the same relay? or harness?

the battery isnt low but if i leave my lights on for about 30minutes itll kill the battery

also my highbeams acted funny the other day...it randomly turn on and off?

no clue why this is happening

Typical symptoms of a loose ground. Pull out your shop manual and verify those circuits are indeed grounded to chassis.

check your connectors under your center console.

my convertible, turn signals, hazards and a few more were disabled. come to find out the parking brake connector was disconnected.

i have no idea why a parking brake connector could cause all that but, check to see if its connected or not.
