AP1 engine in a AP2 S2000

AP1 engine in a AP2 S2000
Ok i bought a JDM engine with 30000 miles however, I was a bit blitzedat the time and bought a AP1 engine. I have a 2004 with 155000 miles on her. Can I drop the ap1 in this 2004 or m I asking for trouble? Should I sell the ap1 and just build my Ap2? The engine includes the tranny as well I paid 3000.00 for it...delivered Please help I am old school not a tuner but, I will learn... Thanks for all the advice in advance!
