AP1 Idle Issue

I have the same issue right now that has slowly been getting worse. The issue is more noticeable after having been driven for a bit, so I figured it was heat soak. I will have to come see you soon to get this fixed Jason!

Underneath the the throttle position sensor there is a mechanism that rotates synchronously with the throttle plate. The throttle position sensor sits carefully around that mechanism is rotated with that mechanism.

To re-calibrate the throttle position sensor you can slightly loosen the bolts holding it to the throttle body and rotate the throttle position sensor clockwise or counter clockwise, until you find that it reads the correct voltage.

Heh, well unless your TPS has been tampered with it can probably be a number of things. Start with the IACV.

i had the same problem before and i have posted with data.
it was due to huge vacuum leak from catchcan( pcv to Intake M.) and a minor leak from tps
fixed that up and adjust to 7.1% running good.
tps should be set to about 6% , 5.9~6.3%
