Default ap1 suspension problem after accident!

okay..so i baught an ap1 for 6k not so long ago...salvage of course
(salvage due to hit in the quarter panel was repaired seller had all receipts)
56k miles

i was recently involved in a hit and run wich made me to spin in cirlces a couple times
i hit the curb wich caused my rear wheel to fall off causing damage to the suspension (rear passenger side)
so i went ahead and purchased what i needed...knuckle assembly...lower and upper control arm...caliper...axle...tie rod...
almost done with everything and i noticed the tie rod isint lining up... could this be because i am using a left tie rod on the right side
or could my subframe be bent?

if i put it into the subframe first and then the knuckle..it will not go into the knuckle...

okay so i did some research and what i have found is that the left and right might not be interchangeable
this link shows two part numbers one for the left and one for the right

http://www.hondapartsunlimited.com/f...%20LOWER%20ARM

if they were interchangeable im assuming it would be like the end link one part number for both sides (#8)

only things you will need is front upper control arms from and ap2
everything else bolts up
