ap1 tranny into ap2?

Default ap1 tranny into ap2?

tried searching only found ap2 trannys into ap1.
has anyone tried vice versa?
any modifications needed? etc.

You'll need an Ap2 input shaft.

You will still need the AP2 output flange to bolt it to your driveshaft. And the AP2 bolts.

To swap AP2 trans in AP1, you need the AP1 flange for your Ap2 trans. The AP1 has a smaller driveshaft flange.

Input shafts are identical.

Output flange is all you need.

Yes. That will allow it to mate to your existing driveline/rear end.

also driftshaft does not need to be replaced correct?
