I'm certain it was replaced before. I would be very surprised if the original clutch lasted this long

I did several test at 30mph in 4th gear but there were no signs of clutch slipping.

This seems to happen only during hard acceleration especially between 4-6K.

Clutch pedal free play?

And it's easy to kill a clutch with a bad driver
