Default AP1 Valve Cover on 06+...

Anyone know exactly what parts I need to make this work? I heard you need like 2-3 parts. Let me know. Thanks!

Why would you do this? There is a sensor on the back that has a hole on the AP1 that was removed on the 06. It's not going to work.

Are you 100% sure? I heard all you have to do is change the PCV Valve or something like that.

Yeah they do look different. Look at the side of the head on the 00-03

06+

00-03 (notice the side sensor)

yeah thats the PCV valve. I heard you have to buy a couple parts for an ap1 and the valve cover will work.

No it's not. # 8 is a TDC sensor. Look at the rear side. no TDC sensor on the 06+

PCV valve is the ---------->E-8-1 arrow

IIRC all you need is an AP1 PCV valve for the ap2 (04-05) > ap1 change

You can always fab a block off plate since you don't need one.
