wrecke my 2005 (ap2) . Need a new radiator and a/c condensor. Is there a difference between ap1 and ap2 radiators and condensors?

Please give me correct info asap.

Part numbers are different:

MY 2005 CONDENSER #80110-S2A-900

MY 2001 CONDENSER #80110-S30-003

Some of the condenser mounting hardware also has different part numbers.

I cannot comment on condenser interchangeability, only that part numbers are different.

The original radiators also have different part numbers, HOWEVER, the AP1 part number is listed for the AP2 in additional to the original AP2 part number, so I will assume you can use an AP1 radiator in an AP2.

 

thats what i thought! I appreciate your input on this. Found TONs of ap1 parts but i have ap2 and didnt want to loos out on my money and have 2 useless parts ontop of my broken stuff.

 

I believe the AP2 condenser was redesigned for efficiency and is smaller, don't know if it hooks in the same though.

 

I've got a used radiator from my ap1 with 55k in great condition, boxed and able to ship at any time, cheap. If interested pm me. Good luck with the repairs, sorry to hear of the incident.

 

the only difference from the later ap2 radiator that's different is the fan switch plug that goes on the bottom, the plugs are different and wont fit.
