Default ap2 front conversion

i'm in the process of my front end conversion, but i wanted to run it by everyone before i continued. below are some pics of the crash bar. as you can see i tried to shave off enough to not get the dreaded "nipples".

do i need to take off more or am i okay?

I had to shave about a couple inches... just try putting the bumper on.... afterwards, check the inside of the bumper to see if there are any scratch marks from the rebar... if there is, shave some more.

i've read, and seen that from just bolting the ap2 on the ap1, that your likely to get "nipples". the "nipples" are caused from the crash bar on the ap1 pushing against the bumper. in order to prevent this, members have opted to cut their ap1 bar to a smaller length, like that of the ap2.
