Default AP2 fuel rail and injectors in an AP1

Does anyone know if the AP2 fuel rail is different in volume than the AP1? I recently installed an AP2 fuel rail and injectors in my AP1 but the connection to the fuel pipe was a little different so I had to cut a small bracket off. The AP1 has the "anti-twist" bracket attached to the fuel pipe and the AP2 has the bracket on the fuel rail. The angle of the pipe is also slightly different. The car seems to run ok but just wanted to know if there are any other differences. I did keep my AP1 FPR though.

Doesnt the AP1 have the full psi regulator on the fuel rail? The AP2 has it in its full pump.

I think you'll find that is an 06 update.

The 04-05 cars still use a regulator on the rail. 06 is the 1st year for a returnless fuel system.
