Default Ap2 vacuum issue?

First I'd like to say I haven't been able to chase down this issue for months and annoying really, I feel kinda dumb after changing so many things because of forums I've read about problems people have had they seemed like some of my symptoms. I replaced both o2 sensors, throttle body gasket, map sensor, timing chain tensioner, and air filter. My car is throwing a p2279, I can't figure it out for the life of me. I have sprayed carb cleaner around all vacuum lines with no detection of leaks anywhere. Any help would be awesome thanks in advance. Also what is the black plastic cover on the bottom of the tb? The car is also a 2006 s2000

Also the car first threw a p0172 system to rich, I replaced the fuel pressure regulator. It just seems like codes keep popping up

Did you recently have any work done before the code popped up? P2279 is a normal Honda code for Air Intake System Leak. I would also double check your PCV Valve. I believe the S2000 does have a coolant temperature sensor and that might need to be looked at as well.

Just cleaned the throttle body and replaced the map sensor. But today I did a hard reset so the I could reteach as you would say, and I kept on researching and this is what I came up with.

If the issue doesn't fix I'll try the pcv and temp sensor but fingers crossed

I was going to suggest that previously but figured it might be a bigger issue. Give that a try and see what happens. Hopefully that takes care of it.

Code popped up again, I'm not sure what else can cause this?
