AP2V2's and CR rack & pinion
Hi all. Need to replace my steering rack. CR steering rack from majestic is cheaper (800-something) than the rack for an AP2V2 (1000-something).
My question is, if i run the CR rack, do I need the CR EPS? or will my EPS work with it?
I do like the idea of the CR steer ratios, but in this case, my primary motivation is financial. Certainly don't want to buy a CR EPS just to run the CR rack.

Nope, I have a CR rack on my 09 AP2 without the CR EPS Unit - the only possible 'issue' with this would be VSA detecting slightly incorrect steering input but this should be fairly unnoticeable (VSA still works as far as I can tell)
