Yo, thanks a lot for all the advice. I'll back under the hood and try even smaller tighter adjustments. I've been trying to do this at night after work, I might have just mucked it up.

ARRGh!!! So after seemingly a few more hours, I got it set so no low, no high code. Then I went for a short freeway drive WOT on a few gears to ensure it was working. On the way home, CEL thrown, went into limp mode...input low?! I'm a noob, and this is some god forsaken process. I'll try again tomorrow, otherwise I'm at least gonna send away for the 40$ Newyall version that comes with the whole mechanism pre calibrated. Am I really the only person having this much issue?

I am having the same issue (I think) as I have really annoying hesitation issues and I already adjusted my valves twice and replaced my spark plugs. Anyway, what part do I need to order to replace the unit instead of performing surgery like the OP? I don't think I want to tinker with electricals like that (too scared to make things worse). Thanks for any info!
