Removing-re-installing TPS
I'm going to powder coat the intake.
As I learned from here, to take the TPS out is to grind the revet and lift up with screw driver.
Can I re-install the TPS back by not using a revet?

They are not rivets holding the TPS in place, they are metric screws with no head.
I recently moved mine for the same reason (powdercoating). All I did was take a dremel with a cutoff wheel and cut a slot down the top of the screw, then used a flathead to back the screws out.
I don't know the thread pitch of the screws with no head, but the screws that hold the AIT sensor are the same.
Hope that helps

Scott-
take a voltmeter and measure the resistance between all three prongs in all possible combinations on the tps sensor clip before you remove the oem bolts, when you go to reinstall the tps sensor with new bolts you can adjust it close to the original readings. We do this all the time on bored out throttle bodies, yours might not have as much movement as bored TB's do but if there is some adjustment it is good to have the readings ahead of time so you can set it accurately.
