Auto Lock Issue
This is likely a stupid issue, for which I couldn't find a resolution with a quick search.
When I unlock the car with the key fob, it relocks simultaneously with opening the driver's side door handle. If I use the handle quickly, the door will open, otherwise it locks before I can open the door. I tried waiting various amounts of time after key fob locking, and the issue is not related to timing but door handle use.
Notably, I recently replaced the passenger's side door jamb switch. Although, it seems to work correctly; the dome light now recognizes the passenger door opening.
Tonight I'll pull the interior door panel to see what it's going on. Has anyone seen this issue and found a resolution, or have an idea where to look?
Thanks.

If you're having the same problem I was, you're driver's side interior door handle is broken. Mine most likely broke from me repeatedly clicking the unlock button as I approach the car. To verify you're having the same problem, try to move the manual lock/unlock tab on the inside by the door handle. If there is no resistance on that then you have the same problem. To fix you need to remove the door panel and replace the handle. When you have the new handle installed, open and close the door and lock and unlock it to make sure everything is aligned properly before putting the panel back on.
I thought I had a better picture than this, but the lower rod with the black piece of black plastic hanging down is the locking rod. The piece of black plastic is the lower portion of the interior lock switch, It's where the locking rod attaches to the locking switch. I guess that piece fatigues from the extra tugs of the power lock and eventually brakes.
