Auto-tap worth it?

I found this nice looking device while surfing earlier, so guess id see what the pros here thing of it. good tool? waste of money?

looks like a glorified scantool to me. but i only skimmed through that site.

Many of us use a similar product we got on a group buy.. it might be a bit cheaper and does accomodate the Honda only stuff..
