Awful noise, help!

I have similar sound too and I know what mine is....the heat shield around the header gets a crack in it and then it vibrates on deceleration making that or a very similar sound. I just have to get someone to weld it back solid and the noise will abate until it cracks again. (I have already replaced my stock header with aftermarket that came with new heat shield, the original heat shield was cracked too making the same noise, now the aftermarket one is cracked too...)

Did you replace the plastic that is beneath the shifter attached to the transmission tunnel ?, when i had my clutch replaced they did break that plastic thing and it came loose and awful noises came from the tranny , its part #4 on the diagram
Hi Everyone!
I got a '00 ap1 and something makes a hell of a noise, my guess is that it's the tranny. The pilot bearing, the throwout bearing and a brand new clutch set had been replaced recently, but the noise hasn't stopped. Any guesses what it could be? Thanks!
