Default Axle/Cv joint

How much, if any play should I be noticing on my axle/cv joints? Sometimes I get a bit of shake at times. I have the axle spacers which helped.

Under the car, on the inboard axle, there is a bit of play if i try to shake it. Horizontally, there is movement, and vertically I can move it as well.

any input?

I swapped my cv buckets today...and to my surprise the inside of the cvs were clean, no pitting, just a very very light wear area. i swapped them anyway and removed my spacers. vibration seems to be a bit better,. smoother during acceleration between shifts. im kinda stumped. 69 km on the car. lowered for about 30k. new tires just balanced. old tires had a terrible shake at highway speed.

does anyone know about the bearings inside the cv? are they supposed to sit completely flush on the peg thing or are they allowed to have a tiny bit of movement? same thing for the differential attachments, mine had a tiny bit of movement.
