Axle sheared
Summary of my Hub Nut, CV and Axle issues:
1. On hard acceleration I could feel a vibration from the rear (like a flat spot on a tire)
--- Normal driving no vibration - Dealer could not reproduce it
2. Several months later, at low speeds/after a drive I could hear a squeak once per wheel revolution
--- Dealer could not reproduce it
3. Few months later knocking sound like a hammer
--- Dealer heard it, CV issue, CV's replaced for free (out of warrantee) due to TSB
4. One month later, low speed squeaking returned
--- Dealer torqued hub nut to specs
5. Couple of weeks later, squeak returned
--- Noise disappeared before taking it to dealer
6. Couple of weeks later metal to metal brake noise
--- Axle sheared at the hub causing rotor to wobble (squeaking noise) until pads wore out
--- Hub, axle, speed sensor and pads replaced free since original repairs were faulty
---------------------
The rear end axle creak and pop saga continues...
In August, rear axles/CV's replaced free of charge at Honda of Bowie
In September, noise returns
In October, Torque and Greased hub nuts at Honda of Bowie (Appears they neglected that in August)
In November noise returns (Note too self kill self before returning to Honda of Bowie!)
Two weeks later, noise stops for two days until drivers side rear pad hits metal! (Replaced 12,000 miles earlier)
Take to Browns Honda in Glenn Burnie
It turns out the splined part of the axle has sheared off from the rest of the axle. Rear hub wobbled until the brake pad wore out.
Damaged Parts:
Axle,
Hub/Disk
Pads,
Speed Sensor
over $1,000 bill and still waiting for parts.
I guess the noise was the caliper moving back and forth. Thank you Lord for keeping me from Fall Colors this year, it would not have been pretty to discover this problem on the track.
Any ideas on a Honda rep I can contact to get Honda Bowie to cover the bill from Brown Honda?

Sorry for the delayed response, I had a serious germ that kicked my a$$ for the past 10 days.
Jerry- That's what I was wondering. Something was definitely toasted and they didn't replace it in August. I've been working two jobs and had no time to investigate the original condition.
I wanted to get some pics, but couldn

I just replaced the rear end with a Nissan JDM s13 diff with custom axles and nissan CV rated more than 1000rwhp for a descent cost. I think you will be wasting your time and money if you replace the weak stock s2k parts again.
