So I took off my turbo kit and converted my S2 back to stock because I live in CA and have to do a smog inspection. Car is now bone stock, injectors, map sensor, cat, exhaust manifold and ecu. It'll crank but won't start. If I use my AEM infinity ecu with stock base map it'll start up and run perfectly. I ruled out immobilizer because the "green key" blinks on first click and goes off while starting and the fuel pump primes. Anyone experience this before or have any ideas what else it could be.

 

I figured it out. The exhaust cam was off by a tooth. I replaced the springs and retainers last march and been driving it that way. Guess the aem infinity didn't care it was off by a tooth.
