so the economy has gone so bad that 40$ of gas made my tank overflow...well technically, i intentionally made it overflow..

i was gassing it and then it stopped at $37.xx...i read somewhere where you can put atleast 2 extra gallons in(but i guess i was wrong)...i forced filling the tank and it started to overflow at $39.17...then i had to wipe everything down because of the overflow..

when i was leaving and waiting to make a turn, my car started to idle funny..it kept hoping a little. im a little worried...

 

You ever ask your self, hmm why do they have it so that it shuts off the pump even when theres room left for more gas? Fuel vaporizes really easily so the space is there for the gas vapors. Which is collected by your evap system and used while you're driving.

Stop overfilling ur car.

 

where do you live where you could fill it with under 40 bucks?...

it dropped from 4.40 a few weeks ago, to 3.30, this week.

 

If you continue to overfill the tank liquid fuel will get into the EVAP 2 way valve and damage it, cause a CEL. When the pump stops, stop.
