Thanks all!

I’m definitely replacing the motor mounts. Now to decide if I should do the transmission mounts while I’m at it or not. Last, to decide if I should do the Spoon package deal and hope it’s not too harsh outside of AutoX.

How does one assess the condition of the transmission mounts while they are still installed on the car?

Motor mounts are a bit easier since they leak orange fluid, but even then it can sometimes be difficult to tell. Most people report not realizing they are completely torn in half until actually removing the mount from the car.

Place a jack underneath the transmission to support it. Disconnect the clip holding the harness to the trans brace and remove the three bolts holding the brace to the transmission. Inspect to see if they have been torn or have any damage. You can attempt to jack up the trans and pry at the bushings a bit to see if they are separated, but unbolting the brace is a surefire way to verify if they are good or not. They are torqued to 28 lbs-ft for when you go to install them again. Generally, they tend to be in good shape compared to the engine mounts.
