Default Bad Wheel Bearings

I got into an accident with my S. $7300 (ALL cosmetic damage) later it's given back to me with my worn tires and advice: "Get new tires, then an alignment." That was done the next day. Immediately afterward, the car was fine doing everything I used to do, but a couple days went by and I started to get intermittent Shimmies and Shakes when traveling at highway speeds under no acceleration. This was last week. Starting yesterday, I started getting a strange noise from the driver's side of my car.

Imagine: You tied 100 tiny cat toy bells to a string and started dragging them behind you on the highway...

This sound changes with speed, and is cyclic. The shimmies still come and go, but speed doesn't affect them.

My thoughts are:
Alignment? No pulling one way or the other.
Unbalanced wheel? Only intermittent shaking.
Wheel Bearings? I don't know cuz I've never experienced them going bad before...

Anyone have any thoughts?

The car has 62000 miles, and has been lowered and driven with negative camber on all four wheels for the last 40k. I am the original owner.

Thanks.

put the car up on jack stands and do the standard shake down for ball joints and tie rods. spins the wheels to check for a best rim during an accident. i can see and out of round wheel or something being loose spreading vibrations through everything and the rattling your hearing could just be a product of vibration and not really be anything wrong. but vibration is usually pretty simple. another thing is the shake in the steering wheel as if it were steering related? is it towards he front or back? your best bet is to try and issolate the noise and shake down the area and look so so so carefully for straightness and irregularities. if you have any questions pm me ill do my best

also check the tires. the difference in wear patters might give you a vibration and the shift in belts might create an uneven contact surface on the tire\
