Default Alignment or other issue?

I just recently got my car lowered and aligned. Now I am not sure if this was like this before, but I started noticing that I have to keep my wheel turned just the slightest to the right to keep the car straight, the car does not pull, but the wheel is just offset a tad bit. I did hit a dip in the road the other day, but I am not sure if this would of caused it? Could it be the toe is off after hitting the dip, or could the steering wheel be off just because it was off center when the car was aligned?

the tech might not have centered the wheel. Depending on how recent the alignment was done, you should go back and have it fixed (for free)
