Default Bando Belt Tensioner OEM

So I ordered a new OEM belt tensioner on eBay. It came in a Honda box and part number but the actual tensioner has Bando brand naming stamped into the metal. Is this right? Is this actually OEM? Thanks.

Here's the OEM part for a 2003:
Honda Automotive Parts

Here's the part I put on 50k miles on my 2003:
Amazon Amazon

You can also take a look at what your old belt says on it.

A large number of parts on the car are not actually built by Honda but by a contractor. You will not see the 'Honda' name on most of them.

Default Correct

Thanks. Yes, the old OEM one had Bando listed on it as well.
