Be prepared. Many years ago I did exactly what you did but to an old B16... motor didn't last long... oil jet bolt backed out because of the oil pressure acting on it, resulting in low and eventually no oil pressure in the rest of the motor.

Might be better off having no oil jet bolt then as it is currently. Hell id prefer cross thread a more course bolt to plug it entirely and have no oil on the skirt in that cylinder then leave as is. Surely will pop out in no time and destroy the cylinder. Just about anything is better sounding then it currently sits.
