Default Bearings

I rebuilt my car last March and after 600 miles I noticed some horrible ticking. I ripped the motor apart and found cylinder 4 with bad scoring. The oil starvation may be caused by the old banjo bolts. Now the motor is being put back together next month with new 4 hole banjo bolts.

Should the main and rod bearings be changed after 600 miles of use?

Does everyone else agree they should be ok? I thought they would be okay but just wanted to make sure.
