Default Newly built motor break in.....

Well I scored a cylinder a few months ago and wound up pulling the motor and getting it sleeved. It has darton sleeves, carrillo rods and cp pistons. Still at stock compression. I bought all new bearings, oil jets bolts and all that good stuff. Got new seats/seals in the head and got a valve job, everything was jet washed and refreshed. So now im wondering what my break in procedure should be? I have heard to run a non synthetic oil for the first change or two and switch t synthetic after 1000-1500 miles or more. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I would go easy for the first 600 miles, keep it under 6K rpm. And use dino oil for the first. 10k miles, As per the honda manual. Then go with your favorite synoil.

I think i'll opt for the take it easy method. Too much time and money spent on this motor to risk it. Ill just do whatever the builder sugests I suppose. Thanks for the replies, and if anyone else wants to chime in with tried and true experience having done this themselves lemme know which route to take.
