I disagree completely.. The inertia of the FW has nothing to do with the induction system of the engine.

Most people can certainly feel the difference with a lightened FW on a NA car, I sure can. Manufacturers often use lightened FW

 

Although I do not have a lightened flywheel on my S2K, I did have one on my old NA Prelude (8.8 lb aluminum clutch masters) and the difference was noticeable. The engine was more responsive...it revved up quicker and the revs dropped faster once the throttle was released. I also noticed quicker acceleration. It wasn't a huge difference, but it was noticeable...especially in third gear where the pull was definitely stronger.

When I need to get my clutch replaced on my S2K, I will for sure get a light weight flywheel at the same time. The cost of the flywheel is not that great, it's the labour that kills you...and since you got it already opened up to change the clutch, it's no additional labour to change the flywheel while you're in there.
