Thumbs up Bent valves or what?!?

Hey guys here what i have......I have a 00 s and i currently have 131xxx miles on it yes its my DD and i love driving lol anyway when i got the car at idle your can hear a slight popping and mis through the exhaust(invidia). Ive changed plugs with OE equivalent plugs and replaced coils and it never goes away. Earlier in the week i was throwing codes for misfire on 1234 then it was miss fire on 134 and random miss, Then now its mis on 34. What could be causing this im really tired of spending money on my S and not fixing the problem.Or faulty injectors,One guy told me to adjust the valves will this work? Then another said its possible its a bent valve how can i check this? compression test?? But anyway wth is going on lol the car still runs strong it only misses at idle anyone else had this happen I have ran seafoam in the tank and changed nothing the guy that changed the plugs put autolite oe eqiv. in or something can someone help me please thanks

swap your injectors to different cylinders. ive replaced many injectors at that milage.

if your misfire changes cylinders then you need injectors

do a quick compression test and leakdown test.

compression test will tell you if you have a leak in the cylinder(headgasket, piston ring or bent valve), if you find a cylinder with abnormal compression(lower than 15-10% average).

leakdown test will pinpoint you where is the compression is leaking at(hissing at intake valve, hissing at exhaust valve, etc)

Get rid of those garbage plugs as well as do a compression and leakdown test

95% sure its not bent valves if no internal head work has been done previously, gas, plugs, injectors, timing.
